Interior Decorating
I begin every project with a consultation in the client's home. Whether you want a whole new room from scratch or just some tweaks to an existing space, I can help with selection and sourcing of paint colors, flooring, lighting, window treatments, furniture, and accessories. I charge by the hour and do not work on commission, so I can work with any budget. I can provide you with a design plan and follow it through to completion, including shopping, installation, and arranging. I get to-the-trade discounts with many stores, suppliers and online retailers, which I pass along to my clients. Often the amount of money saved through these discounts covers the cost of the design services.
Renovations and Remodeling
If you're planning to remodel a kitchen, bathroom or other room, hiring a decorator at the beginning of the project can save you time and money. You can avoid costly mistakes by having a design professional help you with layout, functionality, tile, flooring, cabinetry, lighting, plumbing fixtures, counters, and all of the many other decisions that go into residential remodeling projects. My remodeling services include budget management, shopping for materials, and working with contractors. I provide scale floor plans, 3-D renderings and digital mock-up boards to help you visualize the end result with the actual furniture.
